Went through the drive through at this location for the first time today. The girl who took my order was kind and she was kind at the window as well. When I got my coffee it was a bit too sweet for my liking. I know that my fault for ordering something so I wasn’t going to make a problem. A different lady gave us our food items, Instead of asking for a refund or a different coffee I kindly asked for a cup of ice water (to water it down) and that I would even pay if necessary....read full review

I have been here multiple times. Without fail, my order is wrong, EVERY SINGLE TIME! I even have to repeat it two or three times before i can even go to the window. Im sure the location of the speaker isnt helpful, the AC unit is right behind it and its hard to hear, but still.
Being diabetic, it is extremely important that my drinks are how i order them….without sugar/sweeteners. i will be driving the extra 1mile out of the way to the other dunkin from now on.
