However, if pre-ordering, be prepared to wait an extra 5-10 minutes minimum, as drinks are often not ready at the estimated time. The staff take their time making drinks correctly, and each visit has been a great experience. One customer who never thought they would be a Starbucks gal decided to try a Chai Latte and has been visiting daily ever since. Another reviewer tried the hot medicine ball and a warm chocolate croissant, and the staff doubled the cup since it was steaming hot, which was thoughtful. An employee named Devonte is exceptional; he is very efficient, moves quickly, and multitasks well. He has a bright, positive attitude, welcomes every customer, and writes smiley faces on drink cups. The staff are friendly, and the manager even greeted a customer by name with their latte in hand. This Starbucks is highly recommended.
