This location is a mess. I go there because it is a convenient place for me to work and meet friends, but the communication both between staff and between staff and customers is lacking. The person I was meeting waited 25 minutes for her drink to be made and after 30 minutes I had to go ask about my simple coffee which they had completely forgotten to pour. It has been a downward trend at this shop.

The service here suck’s understanding that specialized drinks take time but to almost wait 30-45 minutes for 3 drinks is insane. I had questions about my order as most of the baristas are slow to move. There was a bald gentleman stated he was a manager and literally just stood and watched he had grabbed gift cards but never gave them cause he realized how long I was waiting for my order although it was a mobile order.. this happens each visit for me.. I come to this one cause it’s closest to my daughter’s school and they love getting Starbucks in the mornings but we may have to rethink our location and leave out a little earlier.. do not visit this one if you don’t have time to WAIT

They argue with you. Came in here to grab a drink and they ended up getting it wrong, which is fine and things happen. When I told the man name Rashid that it was wrong he ended up making another one. I attempted to let him know how I want it made but he ignored me. Didn’t fill it to the top and didn’t ask me if I wanted sweetener. I asked if he added sweetener and he told me passion fruit tea doesn’t come with it. Argued with me the entire time about adding sweetener when I come to this location all the time and have never been told that the drink does not come with a sweetener when I specifically asked for it on my drink they got wrong in the first place. How are you going to argue with me about a drink I ordered with special instructions then telling me I didn't order it?? ? Wasted my money on a drink that wasn’t made right or filled, plus terrible customer service.

Prepare to wait a long time for your order here, no matter how small or simple it is. This place is always busy and ALWAYS understaffed (or not properly trained staff). It's also always dirty. I've never had a pleasant experience at this location.

Most unhelpful people that ever walked the planet. There is always a hair in my drink. I got home and found it, I'm not able to return and they said they cannot offer me anything over the phone. So I will attach an image so they can see what they are poisoning people with. Maybe wear a hairnet or don't be dirty. Will never return to this location, has happened on multiple occasions.

This location is ALWAYS extremely dirty. The floors are a mess, trash everywhere, tables dirty, restrooms extremely nasty. This location does not represent Starbucks well at all. The staff is nice, but the hygiene is horrible.
