My family from out of town and I met up at Charlotte Hall, MD Arby's as a middle meeting point to sit down and exchange our Christmas gifts. The staff was so attentive, genuine and kind that it actually kind of blew our minds. We all said to each other that we felt like we were in some kind of twilight zone. Nice restaurant. Friendly staff, clean and relaxing dining area. The food was typical Arby's- fresh and tasty, and my order was brought out to my table pretty quickly.They were decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch. Not overly done but just enough decorations to be pleasant.Well done to the employees working today. The eating area needs a really good deep cleaning and then just a maintenance cleaning daily. It feels grimy, sticky, crummy, stale as if they're not mopping daily. When I worked fast food as a teenager, twice a day someone from behind the counter would sweep and mop the dining area when business was slow.
