Pretty typical Arby's the food was good for the most part. It's just that the new sandwich was terrible! It's not the staffs fault! The New Angus Cheese Steak brought back kindergarten memories of eating paste. I didn't taste bad enough to take back, but it was definitely bad enough to never order again. Charlie's has nothing to worry about.
My family from out of town and I met up at Charlotte Hall, MD Arby's as a middle meeting point to sit down and exchange our Christmas gifts. The staff was so attentive, genuine and kind that it actually kind of blew our minds. We all said to each other that we felt like we were in some kind of twilight zone. It goes to show you how rare it is these days to enjoy a pleasant experience in a public place. This experience however was above and beyond anything we could have asked...
Nice restaurant. Friendly staff, clean and relaxing dining area. The food was typical Arby's- fresh and tasty, and my order was brought out to my table pretty quickly.They were decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch. Not overly done but just enough decorations to be pleasant.Well done to the employees working today.
