Manager Melvin was very rude as to why the food was taking so long. Instead of just apologizing, he stated that he didn't care we could wait or not on a call ahead order. Stay with the old chipotle.

The order ahead chipotlane is nonsense. waste of time. It's as if they start the order when you get to the window - and then make you wait an extra 5 minutes for good measure. How can it take 5 times longer to pick up an online order than it does to walk through the line inside? Not doing this again. What a mistake. And the other chipotle in town gives better portions. Just skip this location.

Edit: I got to the window after waiting 25 minutes and they hadn't even started the order yet.

One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had at chipotle in a long time! The gentleman at the counter was so friendly and talkative, food was great! Usually workers don’t say more than two words to you, so this was so refreshing.

Not going to lie, I’ve been gate keeping this 5 star review ever since this location opened. Why? Because I didn’t want more people coming and ruining the good food they’ve been cooking. I’ve been to tons of locations across the nation and this Chipotle has seriously the best tasting food. Kudos to the cook and the staff. We won’t miss Southern Maryland’s bugs, humidity, or frigid winters but we will dang sure miss this Chipotle! Give this staff a raise! They deserve it.

This may have been the uncleanliness Chipotle restaurant, i've ever been to. Tables were dirty, floor and drink area. Totally unacceptable, only been open a few weeks.Management needs to get together.

Chipoltane food pickup is not the answer. Waiting in line while it says my food is ready is broken.

I came into this Chipotle for the first time after reading all the negative reviews and I have to say that they surprised me in a good way. The food was fresh and I got a good portion for my order. I would highly recommend stopping in this establishment 👍🏽

Placed an online order for 5:20 Sat behind another car for 15 minutes. When we pulled up to the window there was a line of 5-6 other cars behind us. 5:40 the order still wasn’t ready. Staff is very friendly but this restaurant is obviously too understaffed to handle any kind of online ordering.

Order not correct. No gaucamole, they added lettuce. Absolutely terrible.
