Ordered through app, drive through was empty took a minute for someone to come to the window, food was warm, decent portion size. Food was in my hands 4-5 minutes before stated time on app. Not sure what all these other reviews are on about..

Ordered through the app any picked up through drive through. Checked to make sure things were there and drove home. Opened up the food and the large guacamole was alternately brown and underripe. There was guacamole on two of our orders as well. I drove back to the store to get a different serving of guacamoles. The manager said, “that’s what they gave us and I don’t have anything more to give you. So just complain on the app and they’ll refund you.” Then, they went on to continue to serve the guacamole.

I submitted a complaint on the app and never heard a response.

Followed up with chipotle and here was their response:

“ Thank you for reaching out to Chipotle Customer Care. We're always looking to make things right. I am so sorry that this happened. I know that it had to be both frustrating and disappointing. This is not the experience that we want to provide for our guests. We take every customer comment we receive very seriously. I'm sorry this experience did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we cannot compensate every time an order isn't perfectly satisfying. We are always grateful to hear from customers trying to help us to improve, and I hope that your experiences with us turn around soon.

Have a Burrito-ful day!”

Charming… “Hey, sorry we were awful… you paid 60 dollars for your meal? And we gave you bad food? Thanks for being a big fan and helping us improve!”

I am not helping you to improve, I am ordering dinner. See the difference?

This isn’t a singular experience. Without fail the past three times I have been to this brand new chipotle the food being served on the line is unacceptable. I will not be returning, I will drive a couple extra of miles to go to the other location. The beans are dry and crusty, the fajitas have morphed from beautiful crisp fajitas to some puddle of wet veggies. The one time they had barbacoa ready they gave me an enormous piece of fat, the line never had meat, they always need to go to the drive thru line to get the food they need to fulfill customer orders, if they want to run a drive thru only chipotle then they should have built it that way. Just complete junk.

Placed an online order for pickup in the chipotlane for 8 PM- 1 kids quesadilla meal with a soda, some salsa, and two large chips. When I pulled up to the window, the woman grabbed my bag and was about to hand it to me when a coworker asked her to check the bag to make sure everything was in there. After she glanced for 2 seconds at the receipt on the bag, she handed it to me and told me to have a good night. I had to ask for the drink that I ordered with my meal, which itself is not a huge deal.

However, while she was getting the drink I double checked the contents of the bag, only to find the kids chip and the second large bag of chips missing. I then had to ask three different times for these items. When the woman at the window brought me the chips, I got a half serious sorry with a giggle.

While I understand mistakes can be made, it’s pretty hard to excuse when the complete order is printed on the side of the bag. Also hard to excuse considering the restaurant seemed pretty empty. May have to start driving the extra 5 minutes south to the other location again.

Edit- the kids quesadilla I ordered was missing cheese….THE MAIN INGREDIENT OF A QUESADILLA.

Worst chipotle i’ve ever gone to. Rude staff, cold food and tiny serving sizes. Asked the man making my bowl to please put a little more chicken in, and he just said “Very good portion size do this or double chicken” Don't go here it’s horrible.

I went in to order 2 bowls and was very specific about what I wanted in each bowl. The guy fixing my food was literally putting whatever he wanted to in the bowls. He attempted to scoop out the ingredients that I did not ask for but at that point the bowl was a mess. I ended up not getting them. I usually have no issue with this location but today was a huge mess

This is the worst chipotle I've ever been too. Take the extra 5 min and drive a little more south.
I went to get my pregnant wife a steak bowl, and they gave us literally like 6 tiny pieces of steak. And the chips were stale as well.
It made my wife cry. Never going back.

Sat for 30 minutes at the window in the pickup drive through line. Beware!

Order was confirmed at 6:20pm. When I arrived, I provided my name and the employee said they didn’t have it. Asked twice more, I showed her the confirmation receipt. 10 meals were made before I had to ask where my meal was, to which she said it’s coming then made it. there was no apologies, when I asked why I wasn’t addressed for 30 minutes she said she didn’t know. Asked for manager the same, and she made an excuse with No apology. Got the order 30 min later at 6:50pm. Embarrassing customer service most especially by the manager.
