A order was messed up last week and I emailed the corporate office. Figured that would be the end of it. To my surprise, I received a phone call and voicemail from Rashad, the manager of the Chestertown Arby’s asking what happened and what he could do to make it right. I missed the call so o went by the store today on my way home and spoke to Rashad, the manager and he was the perfect example of FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Apologized for the inconvenience, and remade the entire order with no charge. Everything on the order was EXEMPLARY and honestly the best fast food we have ever eaten!! His employees were extremely friendly and talkative as well while o waited for the order to be remade.Congrats Chestertown Arby’s and staff for a fantastic experience, the true meaning of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ STARS***PLUS EXTRA ⭐️ FOR MAKING IT RIGHT……*****

This time, I ordered the smokehouse brisket as just the sandwich. The sandwich was nice and hot and had a perfect amount of BBQ sauce to meat ratio! I will note that the meat makes the sandwich a little greasy, but that's nothing in the way of the good taste!I highly recommend this as an option if you're unsure of what to get!

I had only a quick minute before appointments to grab something to eat and ran to Arby’s. I have to say, Ronisha Miller is absolutely fabulous!!!!! She was so sweet and attentive and it was an absolute pleasure to interact with her. I just wanted to put this out for any one visiting the Arby’s here in Chestertown!

I'd like to take the time to give a good well done to the drive thru girl at Arby's here in Chestertown, MD her name is Ronisha but shes ok with being called Ro. I've come to Arby's everyday this week thanks to her great service and just overall wonderful bubbly attitude. Everyday she convinces me to purchase an apple turnover. I hope this young lady gets all the recognition she deserves. So hard to find amazing employees and she's got just the right attitude to brighten anyones day.If I had it my way she'd be employee of the month every month. I hope this review reaches the right person so this young lady is recognized.
