A order was messed up last week and I emailed the corporate office. Figured that would be the end of it. To my surprise, I received a phone call and voicemail from Rashad, the manager of the Chestertown Arby’s asking what happened and what he could do to make it right. Manager was on top of everything (in a good way!), service was impeccably fast, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious! The guy who made my shake today did a great job and everyone was super friendly!

This time, I ordered the smokehouse brisket as just the sandwich. The sandwich was nice and hot and had a perfect amount of BBQ sauce to meat ratio! I will note that the meat makes the sandwich a little greasy, but that's nothing in the way of the good taste!I highly recommend this as an option if you're unsure of what to get!
