It's just another Arby's. I really wonder why franchisees don't have more creative control on their stores because it would be cool if going to a chain fast food place didn't remind me a bland conveyor belt mentality. Add some flare, some local influence on decor, etc. With prices climbing it's not a bad idea to bring something interesting to the table.

A order was messed up last week and I emailed the corporate office. Figured that would be the end of it. To my surprise, I received a phone call and voicemail from Rashad, the manager of the Chestertown Arby’s asking what happened and what he could do to make it right.
