The atmosphere at this local restaurant/wine bar is cozy, eclectic and delightful. The service and staff are friendly and approachable. The wine flight is well priced. The wine is the best I've tasted in Maryland (red, rose and white). I would recommend to the staff that they augment the menu. The gazpacho is amazing, the charcuterie as well, but more tapas are needed to be cooked in a toaster/oven and not with a blow torch. We savored and greatly enjoyed the local vermouth and charcuterie plate. Grilled octopus and charred green onions were creative additions and paired well. Service was cordial, warm, and friendly as well as prompt and attentive.
