First of all get the Egg or Chicken torta. Then try the donuts and bread. Order your cake fresh in advance. The tamales and chicken salad sandwiches are good as well. Pay attention to the items that are freshly baked they will be on the carts when you walk in. I got two cakes made for my birthday and they were so good. The fact that this isn't rated 5 full stars, or by more than just a few people, tells me I need to stop what I'm doing and move here. I've never been to a Mexican bakery, or really had much authentic Mexican food available to me, but we'd been staying in the area for a few weeks. This is a delicious bakery super close to Cheverly. My husband and I finally stopped in after living a few minutes away for over a year, and we are so happy we did. We have had donuts (on the weekend), cheese danishes, muffin and a flan. Everything is delicious and really affordable.
