“On a recent work trip to DC we were looking for pre-event fuel. Smoothies are the perfect snack to leave you feeling full but with the pep in your step you need to host an event. We all opted for the Blue Mystique which has banana, spirulina, banana, pineapple and mango. I added protein to mine and it was tropical, refreshing and delicious. They offer toasts, bowls, juices, smoothies and coffee. This seems like a great grab and go healthy option if you're in the area, and there are quite a few of these around town. Parking is a bit tricky in this area but thankfully we were a group so we hopped out of the car to order with ease.“

“Mumu is the greatest! The food is fresh and delicious and always has a special touch - like the deliciously seasoned potatoes on the side of the sandwiches. Also, the owner Jermaine is a great guy and always goes the extra mile. My favorite is the avocado caprese. You may think you’ve had a lot of avocado toast, but you’ve never had one as fresh and delicious as this one. Get over to Mumu on Langston Blvd underneath Moms - parking is easy, too!“

“I love this place! I tried the new fall pumpkin smoothie as a bowl and it was SO lovely! All the flavors in this bowl are perfection. The ingredients are always fresh and I’ve never had the problem with anything being overly sweet. The location is great with a large sunny patio to enjoy time with friends & read / work. Big fan!“

My partner and I come here specifically to this one after we leave the gym because the folks are so personable and kind and they know what we before we even ask! “The food here is very good! The sandwich’s, salads, and especially the fries are a good quality and are the best prices you’ll find around. The workers here are also kind and professional. You can see them preparing your food after you order, so you know it is freshly made. The garlic sauce and spicy sauce are a must! The water park is very nice for a quick bite, if you’re going to the movies across the street, or just want a clean, safe, outside getaway.“

“I’ve been coming to the Union Market location for about a year mainly for breakfast most weekends and I keep returning. Why? Excellent food and drinks, strong coffee, outstanding service and a very nice ambiance. Luckily it’s across the street from my apartment building.Parking: There is a garage parking option a block away that is free for 3 hours, otherwise there's paid street parking available. Difficult to find street parking during busy times of the day. Easy in the mornings.Wheelchair accessibility: Street to restaurant access is easily accessible by wheelchairs with no steps involved. Front door is double wide; however, need to open manually. Staff will happily help open the doors.“

“Best tip is Order your bowls ahead of time. My last 2 in store visits where I ordered at the register the bowls took too way long to make. Also the customers behind my got their bowls first. This could be due to them ordering online or ahead of time but it didn’t appear that was the case. I highly doubt the employee would have prioritized their orders over mine but that’s what it felt like to me.“

“I really enjoyed my açaí bowl. I regularly get bowls from playa bowls and was in the area and decided to try this out. I loved the options. My only complaint was the granola was little too sticky for me. Because of the honey drizzle as well everything was sticking together in my teeth. Seems like a weird thing to complain about but the granola at playa bowls doesn't do that as bad. Just took away a little of the experience. Overall, I would recommend!“

“Superior to the competition. Visited a Robeks for the first time today. Completely satisfied. My six year old had a strawnanna berry and I had a piña koolada. The medium was enough to split between two little kids. Good selection of other things on the menu, too. Would definitely go back.“
