Einstein's bagelry of North Chevy Chase Village in Chevy Chase Maryland is a very competitive bagel shop parked right next door to Starbucks it's nice to know I have redundant Wi-Fi when patronizing these two establishments. Now the help here is very fast average friendliness and very accurate. I love Einstein Bagels and it is the only reason I am giving a 4-stars on this review. Otherwise I would give a 2-star review based on the service (or lack thereof). Other reviewers have noted that the employees don’t really care much about the customers. I experienced that first hand. No greeting. No smile. Store is not even busy. Literally no pleasantries exchanged. I am not one for a small talk but there should be some standard for a store to give proper greetings to welcome...
