About Manoli Canoli

Manoli Canoli is a hidden gem located near Starbucks on Connecticut Ave., offering great homemade food and plentiful parking behind the building. This small, cozy restaurant serves well-made dishes, including the big dinner salad with fresh mozzarella and yuzu vinaigrette, chicken kabob, and spaghetti and meatballs. Standout dishes include the antipasto with homemade fresh mutz and flavorful grilled chicken. The food is generally tasty and reasonably priced, though some dishes, like the moussaka, have been noted to arrive warm but not hot enough. The service is satisfactory, with some staff appearing inexperienced, leading to longer waits for water and bread. Reservations are recommended, especially during busy times, as it can get crowded. The iced tea is perfect, and the restaurant offers a slight discount for cash payments. Overall, Manoli Canoli remains a fine spot for a meal, with easy parking and a cozy atmosphere.

We had the pasta bolognese & mushroom ravioli. Both were very well made. The kids had cheese pizza, which was also delicious. The disappointment was the bread. It was warm, and served with really good olive oil. However, it lacked the taste of good Italian bread. Prices were moderate & reasonable. I would definitely go back again, having passed by it many times & finally decided to give it a try. Having parking in the back was a bonus. There were no kids menus even though menu...read full review
I absolutely love this place. Everything is so fresh and delicious. It's me and my boyfriend's favorite date night spot. The super salad and spinach ravioli with alfredo sauce are to die for. The fact that this place doesn't have thousands of 5 star reviews means the locals are trying to keep this place a secret, but Im no gatekeeper! It's affordable because its a Mom and Pop restaurant, they do not compromise on quality!
I dropped by to pick up a carry out lunch for myself. I ordered the small Greek village salad, hoping it would be enough food. Wow, it was plenty big. Cucumbers, tomato chunks, sliced green peppers, onions, sliced banana peppers, and plenty of capers, plus homemade dressing with the house brand of imported olive oil plus dried herbs on top - oh and a perfect soft, warm pita bread sliced into quarters came with it. It was delicious and filling. The menu has two pasta dishes for...read full review
