i see a lot of bad comments about this place but i have been going here for over 9 years and never have i once had a bad experience the people here are so nice and helpful and honestly deserve a raise if they have to deal with people like the people leaving these comments. Service is always hit or miss. You can have great service one day and horrible service the next visit. Often run out of supplies which means someone isn't reading the data and responding to the demands. The nitro system is always malfunctioning and isn't consistent

Stopped here for coffee on our way home to NJ. We picked this particular location because it had a parking lot. My drink had a piece of plastic in it when I took the first sip....seemed like a wrapper of some sort. I'm sure it was just an accident but I've never had something like this happen at any other location I've visited. Drinks were out pretty quickly, but we had to wait on our 2 bakery items.
