“Brought back so many memories of my grandmother’s cooking. The polish sampler reminded me of Christmas eve dinner. The polish Reuben was also delish! I also loved grabbing a few more polish treats and Oplatki for when I see my polish cousins at our family Christmas party tomorrow. The Oplatki was a tradition we did every Christmas Eve growing up. So glad I found this cute place!“

“Absolutely fantastic steak and cheese sub with fries. Good price for value in these inflation times. Good ratio of bread to meat/fillings with delicious sauce. For me it's just right with not being too saucy and able to taste the meat which should be the main event.

Fries were crispy and good amount of salt.

“This was a stop on our way headed West out of Baltimore. @least 2 solid vegan options at a classic deli—when most delis consider bread, oil, and green peppers qualifies as a meal for someone who doesn’t eat animal products—was very exciting. I like to feel full when I leave an eatery and I left more than satisfied. The online ordering system inaccurately reported that the “fugazi” (vegan cold cut sub) was unavailable, so I called from the road and learned that they actually did have the necessary ingredients. “This small shop is run by one person who hand makes everything fresh, to order; so don't plan to come in during a busy lunch hour and get in/out in less than 15-20m (besides, it is worth the wait). The selection of hot sandwiches and wraps is really nice and they do allow substitutions. I like that there is also a good selection of unique Asian snacks/drinks/sweets alongside the typical options. There is some seating inside as well. Cards are accepted. Pictured is the Mexican wrap + cucumbers (sub provolone/guacamole for pepper jack/avocado); certainly hit the spot on a warm day.“

My friend and I had mushroom cheesesteaks - excellent, fries - that were the perfect combination of crisp on the outside and soft on the inside good, and chocolate cake so fabulously rich that we split one piece and were satisfied. “We were in the area and found this place during breakfast hours. Visually the place is very clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and the food was great. The pancakes were amazing! They were light, fluffy and generous in size. 3 pancakes and 2 pieces of bacon for $8.99, a steal these days. They have a few baked goods that I also grabbed (yet to try), but they looked so good. If we are in the area again, I'd love to try their lunch menu and would definitely come again.“
