“Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my satisfaction with the dining experience I recently had at Marcos restaurant and to provide a positive review. My husband and I have recently switched to dining at Marcos because of the exceptional service and quality of food we have received. We have found the staff to be friendly and kind, and the food is simply amazing. In particular, we love the bread option with olive dipping which is simply delicious. We recently ordered carry-out from Marcos and something remarkable happened. Our 5-year-old daughter, who is typically a picky eater, tried the pizza and kept eating more slices. This is a huge accomplishment for us, as she rarely eats pizza. We are thrilled that she enjoyed the cheese style pizza so much and we are grateful that Marcos has made a meal that our daughter enjoys. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our experiences at Marcos and we will continue to dine there in the future. Thank you again for providing such a wonderful dining experience. “Been coming here for years, never had a bad meal. Have breakfast here once a week, service is good, lobby is clean, staff (especially Tara) doesn't mind waiting on you and are very courteous and pleasant to deal with, unlike the golden arches right down the street.“

“During New Years break, I have eaten at this location at least 1x per day. The staff is extremely friendly, kind and gracious despite there is NO heat in the Lobby or kitchen area. It is currently 30 degrees outside and it feels warmer outside then inside McDonalds!!! The team never complains BUT is obviously in distress. I can only hope the owner is providing things such as foot warmers, body warmers etc to ease the pain of the cold in there. McDonalds- Please have this repaired ASAP- not just for your customers but for all the workers that are forced to work in sub-par conditions!“

“I just wanted to take the time out of my day to say thank you to Brandy an employee at the McDonald's in Spring Mills she ran the show and did it very well with a smile on her face and a great sense of what customer service is supposed to be keep up the good work!!!! And since she's doing everyone's job she might as well be promoted and given a hell of a raise also. If only higher up people recognized what a true blue amazing employee really was.. instead of promoting lazy, bare minimum employees for management. Brandy is the true definition of what customer service was should be and she should be used as an example for people who work in the industry and have no sense of what their job entails.“

“The day before Thanksgiving, this place was VERY busy. Thanks to the staff who had to make fresh fries to get my fries out before salting the rest to accommodate my dietary needs! Yes, you can ask for no salt on your fries and your burgers!“
