Ended up here after several other places had closed their outside seating due to heat and we had our dog. How lucky were we that we were forced to try Scuttlebutt. The food was excellent, the beer options adequate and the service was great. The outside seating area was well shaded and they had several very large fans that kept the air moving and despite the temperature we were comfortable outside. We’re glad we came and we’ll be back.

This is one of those hidden jem places for great home cooking style food. Incredible view of the harbor from the outside tables. Just talk to the bartenders for transient slips. They make you feel like a regular by time you leave. This pirate will certainly stop again when visiting Cobb island!
