Didn't include half of the items on my salad, and put a cold soggy fried chicken piece instead of the sliced grilled chicken. Lettuce was so wilted I had to throw the whole thing away. When I called the store the manager was apologetic, and said they would give me a refund. Not sure how long that takes but I haven't received a refund yet. I've never had a problem at another location.
