Probably the most reliable Wendy's north of the city.
Donald at the drive-thru was very accommodating and helpful. He showed a genuine care for the customer experience. He is a great asset for the restaurant and deserved all the promotions he’ll get.

Wendy's offers an outstanding experience with friendly and attentive staff who accommodate dietary restrictions while ensuring food is hot, fresh, and as ordered. This Wendy's branch in Timonium is highly recommended for its quick service and consistent quality. Customers appreciate the helpfulness of the staff, especially when there are issues with orders. One customer noted that they received two Raven Frosties ordered through the app—one vanilla and one chocolate—but both were vanilla. They mentioned receiving a fork and knife instead of spoons. Despite this, the Frosties were very good.
The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and kid-friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere for families. The crew is known for their professionalism and great sense of humor. One drive-thru staff member, Ms. Mary, received special praise for her friendly demeanor; a customer described her as the friendliest person ever encountered in a drive-through. This location always has very nice employees and delicious food, no matter the time or day. While the inside is cleaner than many fast food establishments, it still maintains a casual, laid-back vibe typical of the industry. Overall, this Wendy's location is a great choice for a hot meal on the go.
