Bagels ‘n Grinds

I am not sure if they had a bad day but I had a bacon, egg and cheese on plain bagel and had orange juice and hashbrowns ... everything was not good, unfortunately, even the orange juice was pretty awful. Hopefully, it gets better over time.

The bagels and sandwiches are very good. I’m fairly particular about coffee and theirs isn’t good, even just a black coffee was average and had grounds in it.

I love it here the bagels are fresh and delicious my only issue is the customer service. The girl workers be just talking and not really at the end to pick up. And when u go up to them their energy isn’t the best. Not friendly at all giving mean girl vibes. The guy who’s always there is cool tho !

Overall, the bagels and grinds were not good. We did Door dash this, so that might have affected quality of the sogginess of the bagel 20 minutes after being cooked, however, in general, the bagel still wasn't good and the coffee was very bad. Bagels should be crisp on the outside with a chewy interior. These bagels we had were just chewy and lacked crisp. The flavor options for sandwiches were quite interesting and I thought that everything that went inside of our bagels was pretty good.

Lady working Togo rude ! Wouldn’t even bag my togo order I had to do it.. order that was to be left at door . Do better

OK, staff has an amazing vibe. An absolute legit bagels. They have black and whites, they have egg, they have salt. I don’t remember the last time I saw black and white bagels.

And these are not goyisha bagels. Thank you for respecting the culture.

Customer to employee. It’s super cold in here. Ya we have a delivery and we are keeping the doors open. Literally 15 degrees in the place and no thought about closing the door for 25 minutes. Unreal.

These bagels are made fresh. When you enter they have a bagel making station to the left. It’s located right inside the hotel. I loved their everything and Asiago cheese bagels. The bagels were crunchy and there was a soft interior.

The location was really clean and the staff moved with urgency to prepare the food. They do have a large dining area as well. There is only paid street or garage parking in the back.

Stopped by during the work day for a bagel panini and omggg it was so good. This time I ordered a steak and cheese on a jalapeno cheddar bagel

It also has a nice seating area to do work. I used to come all the time.

The bagels are of all right quality, but overpriced in my opinion. I ordered and paid for an iced coffee which I did not get.

I really like the bagels here but unfortunately the employees are so rude it ruins the whole experience
