As best as a bagel can get outside of NYC tri state. Staff is super friendly , and yeah it’s a little pricey but that’s because you are paying for both bagels and grinds (lol).

The employees work hard but seem their hands are tied.... One person taking orders and payments.. we waited 10 minutes with a few people ahead of us, to order. We then had to wait 15 minutes to get our food. The systems seemed chaotic. Pick up orders were confused( online orders, delivery pickup) where to pick up their order. Perhaps they were short staffed but it seemed unorganized and chaotic .Because of the time it took us to get our food, it left us 10 minutes to eat fast and make it in time for the start. It was not busy, especially to place the order. Wait time, not unacceptable, but the pleasant staff was refreshing.

When I order cheese I prefer not to get orange goop. That tends to be cheese product, not cheese. It's processed, cheap, and gross.
Went here almost every morning before school. The food was almost fresh and they have never messed my order up. The service was also amazing. Workers were super kind and understanding. The restaurant itself is also very relaxing. Highly recommend.

This morning I paid for an order of bagels and coffee for myself and 2 friends. The bagels, which were 3 different varieties with different toppings, were tasty. However, the order was presented with 3 paper wrapped bagels together in one bag. How hard would it have been to identify each bagel with a notation, so we didn’t have to unfold two of them? Per this review, customer service was less than satisfactory.

I always love a good bagel, and this place did not disappoint! My breakfast sandwich was delicious and the atmosphere/seating is a fun relaxing vibe. Even better, I was craving this at 1pm (from the hotel), and they continue serving breakfast through lunchtime! My kind of place.

It's all about the egg bagels here! Everything else is great. I also love their veggie cream cheese. I wish it was a little more made like the old bagel place with large chunks of veggies, but it's still delicious. The atmosphere is great. Service was very fast. The bagels were fresh. Really recommend this place.
