Went to this place and ordered 40 wings, 20 of those were supposed to be garlic Parmesan. Somehow, instead of letting me know if they were out of garlic Parmesan, the worker just gave me spicy wings without asking. If it was a minor difference, I wouldn’t be as upset, but no one in my family eats spicy wings. They should’ve at least asked or let me know before changing my order. Very disappointed with the service.
Servers were just sitting on their phones and not really looking to see if customers needed anything and walked past me while on the phone had to ask for silverware.
The bartender Jamie was great. Very professional, friendly, respectful, and prompt. I received my food order within about 5 minutes of ordering. Granted, I went during a non-football Sunday evening, so it wasn't terribly busy. This place is definitely one of the better BWWs I've visited. The one in Owings Mills would have had me waiting 5x as long for my food.
