I only get mild, it sometimes the mild is too spicy. Then I’ll ask for “no heat” and it will be completely unseasoned…. If I could just find some consistency in their mild, I’d be good to go. Some young lady named Cindy S. came from the back and gracefully glided across the room and asked how could she help me. Cindy gave me a run through of the menu and within a minute I knew what I wanted and it wasn't on the menu as I looked deep into her eyes. “Spicebird is a take-out place inside Makan. Ordered the half chicken with two sides - chicken n wood ear mushroom and the cold noodles. Additional two sides of the crispy potato and fried rice. Although all 4 were great, I loved the chicken n friend rice most. $18 for the half chicken and two sides is a great value meal and the ingredients were fresh! Loved it
