“The staff was very friendly and provided great customer service, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the food didn't meet my expectations. I ordered the wings, and they tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Instead of being a nice golden brown, they came out dark brown and overly crispy, which affected both the flavor and quality. Based on my experience, I can understand why people say this place is hit or miss. I hope they improve the consistency because the customer service was definitely the highlight of my visit.“

“Today was much busier than usual, but Terril never let the pressure affect the customer experience. He stayed calm, kept the orders moving, and handled both patient and difficult customers with professionalism and respect.
Even with how hectic it was, he made sure everyone was taken care of and left satisfied. I'm not sure what his position is at the Silver Spring location, but he's definitely a huge asset to the team. “Best Peruvian chicken, everything else is just charbroil chicken. Nothing compares to the flavor. The only dislike I have is that the beans count as a side, and rice counts as another side. Rice and bean should be a single side, in my opinion. What do guys think? Other than that, it would've been a 5 star rating.“

“Food was good but they cheap with sauce. You bought 1 order of 1/2chicken w/2sides you get the same amount of sauce for 4 orders of 1/2 chicken. This is in Bowie Md location. I guess I am not coming back there again.“

“First trip to this fast food location and I finally understand the hype. We got half spicy and not. The chicken was juicy but spicy. Don’t underestimate the little flags that say spicy on the chicken because the spice level is on point. The adobo rice was dangerously addictive, and the gravy deserves its own fan club. The spaghetti caught me off guard because it was so sweet and had hotdog pieces in it. It’s definitely unique as a fast food option and more on the fun, kid-friendly side than traditional pasta, but for sure if you have a toddler, he or she will enjoy eating it. The Palabok was different because it had a strong shrimp flavor. The guava, lychee, and pineapple drinks were all refreshing and not your typical fast food drink options. Ordering through the app was easy, and pickup was a breeze. Overall, delicious 😋“

“First off i wanna say I've been coming to this store since the day it open and I must say that the food is great.The atmosphere when you walk in is so welcoming.but this review is particularly for one individual who mostly works at night He deserves every bit of recognition he can get.every time I come in he greets me by name he's always smiling and he makes sure everyone is taking care of.i always hear him telling his team she's a regular and to make sure they get my order right.and if they are busy he communicates that very well with the guest in the lobby.sometimes I can hear him in the back instructing his other team members of things he needs to complete an order or things like which order to work on first.i can go for days about this guy.he's really good at what he does.i highly recommended.“

The chicken sandwich is always cooked perfectly with that nice crunch, and the waffle fries are honestly some of my favorite fast-food sides. Parking: It has ample parking, you just have to be careful since the drive thru is a few steps from the entrance. It is necessary to be attentive.“

“This location is hard to get in and out and you can't turn into it or make a u-turn of coming from the other side of the street. That being said once you are in the two lane drive thru, they are so efficient, kind, and friendly, that you forget the woes of getting there lolol the new jalapeño ranch grilled chicken sandwich was really delicious too!“

However, every time I order food the cashier Josue appears to never want to give me my receipt with the barcode to get my points .
