I’m very frustrated that they had a “review and get a free hour of karaoke” sign, then when I inquired, one person said they no longer do that and another person said they do, but only from M-Thurs before 4 PM. Moreover, they added an automatic 18% tip to the karaoke bill, but they didn’t do that when I ate (with 2 other friends; party of 3).
