“Best quality dining option in all of Stamp. As a commuter who has very limited meal options during the day, I've bounced around all of the food options in this student union. Chick-fil-A was my favorite for a while but then got fed up with all the greasiness. Then all of a sudden I find myself being best pals with the manager 'Angel' who is a literal angel blessing me with meals that just make my day better. All of the employees are friendly and prior to meeting the manager, my meals were plain and dry so I asked him if he could make me something good and he definitely came through. I go there pretty much every time I eat at Stamp now, so if your excuse is that you don't know what to get just ask Angel. Or just ask for the Angel special and they will get you right what he makes me. I've yet to get tired of this place because the food is so fresh unlike what can be argued for the other dining options there. Give it a try.“

“Such a nice place in an adorable little corner in Georgetown DC. Everyone already knows how awesome Afghan food is and this is just another spot with mouth watering Afghan cuisine and bunch of other modern type of things from sandwiches and more on their menu. They even have Mantu! The Afghan Dumplings with meat sauce over it. I had the lamb chops entree! 4 PIECES! Awesome!“

“I am a total hummus snob. You can ask my friends. I only eat hummus from restaurants because they seem to be the only ones that can make it right and with the consistency that is smooth and a little thinner. Every store bought hummus I have tried has been a thick paste and it doesn’t even feel like hummus. Until now. I am a total convert and very excited. Consistency is everything in hummus and Little Sesame has figured out how to do it and put it into a container that is sold at a store. Kudos. I love it.“

“I enjoyed the green zone, it had me flying high. Flying high when I tried their coffee drink. There was so much in it I don’t even know what to call it, but look at the picture, it looks delicious. I payed a pretty penny for it too, but pennies I got. This place cost a lot of green so bring your wallet, credit card too. Have fun, it’s good (at least their coffee drink is).“

“I'll be honest, I'm a California food snob. I've struggled to find affordable, consistently delicious food in DC and miss spaces that are clearly family owned where the food is made with love. I have found that at Green Almond Pantry.

My partner and I have made a routine of going every weekend and every single thing we have tried has been fantastic. I remembered to take a picture of the foccacia after I had already quickly inhaled half. The breakfast sandwiches were to die for. Each frittata has been mouth watering. I'll try and remember to take some photos next time I go.

Not the quickest option as they carefully heat and create each dish, but you can grab a coffee or boba from the spot next door while you wait.“

“The food here is amazing - I usually get chicken and lamb kabobs. The homemade bread they make with the kabobs is so Butterly and soft. I'm not a fan of yogurt salads or chickpea rice, so I just got a plain salad and white rice. The food can be somewhat pricey, but it's great comfort food, especially when it starts to get cooler outside.“

“Great Indian food. We found them on Google and ordered takeout two nights. Everything outstanding. People very friendly. Lamb curry and palak paneer and naan and chickpeas were perfectly prepared. They would get 6 stars for food quality, if it was possible.“

“I was really impressed with the options at this spot. Everything is priced between $3-8 dollars. The zatar fries are phenomenal and a very generous portion (about 3 times what my photo shows), the falafel is fresh and crispy, and the vegan shwarma is filling and full of flavor. The Pali salad was just ok. Very fresh, but not a ton of flavor. I got take-out so there's always the chance that something will go wrong. Everything I ordered comes with two sauces, except the salad. None of the sauces were included in my order, unfortunately. Still very happy to support a Palestinian restaurant that is doing good work to support the refugee community and as allows customers to be a part of that. Free Palestine. ??“

“Everything here is sooooo delicious. I usually get the veggie platter - I’ve tried all of the sides and my personal favorite is the okra but you really can’t go wrong with any. I don’t even live in DC anymore but whenever I come back I always crave tasty kabob“

“I decided to have some dessert for breakfast !! I figured I could use the extra boost of sugar since I was gonna be at the gym today and would burn it off. One of my favorite places to eat Muncheez DC also offers crapes !!😳👅 So I went in. The crape had rich milk chocolate on the inside and strawberries, bananas and powdered sugar on the outside. !!! OMG !! 😳 let me tell you !! I thought I was in Amsterdam again, because Amsterdam has Amazing crapes. It was warm and gooey on the inside and firm but soft on the outside. It was just right !! “Lebanese taverna is smaller spot in Silver Spring we stopped in to get Some Lebanese food as I am part Lebanese Most of the food was decent and authentic I especially enjoyed the mango lassi To the point I got two and also the fatayer cheese and kibbeh which were very enjoyable.Although, I personally was not the biggest fan of the hummus or falafel I respect the cooking because it was still decent and all families food differs.To add on the Prices were reasonable, atmosphere was nice and calm they had a bar for many Lebanese dips, and spices all while the staff were professional and friendly.“
