“Dining at shababi was an absolute delight. I came to celebrate after I finished taking my board exams and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. To start they brought some hummus topped with shredded beef and beat spread, which the former was my favorite. They later brought the roasted chicken which had been marinated for 48 hours plus. Every bite was so flavorful. As this is a pop up I recommend you go soon and get a feel for Palestinian food“
“The shawarma sandwiches are outstanding. They come with gratuitous amounts of fresh parsley and a little pile of pickled turnips. You can make both the chicken and the beef into cheesesteaks, with feta and mozzarella, which was delicious. The fries were perfectly crispy, the hummus was rich, and the entire place smelled amazing. There is zero ambiance in this little shop tucked away in a warehouse park, but the food is stellar.“
“Mideterranean cusine, pure and simple. You step in the restaurant and the first thing that hits you is the warm smell of a home cooked meal. We ordered the appetizers platter, which is good for two people. Everything tasted like it should be. The beef shawarma, the salmon salad, and the falafel platter all tasted good.As for the atmosphere, it's clean, chic and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable, not as crazy as Lebanese Taverna or other high-end Mediterranean spots. Service was excellent and the food came out quickly.I am definitely coming back for other other specialties and the amazing dining atmosphere. 5 star rating it is.“

Breakfast pitas are the sneaky underrated offering of the store along with excellent stuffed grape leaves, hummus, rice pudding, and always fresh pita bread for sandwiches/“
“This restaurant has truly excellent food at very reasonable prices. The flavors of the chicken and beef are great and both are well prepared. I find the beef a little drier than the chicken, but not enough to downgrade the rating. Additionally, the ability to customize your shawarma with about 16 different toppings - the sumac onions and pickled turnips are my personal favorites - and about 6 different sauces, including an awesome tatziki make for a great meal. As the saying goes, last, but not least, the quantity/size of the shawarma bowl is enough for two meals which makes it an even better deal!Try out this restaurant, you won't be disappointed!!“

“The food was TERRIBLE!!! We ordered to go and they were still cooking it when we got there and only live a few minutes away. We got home and opened the fries, they were extremely soggy, they didn’t cook them long enough and didn’t vent the box.The gyro was disgusting ? had no flavor/seasoning, the sauce wasn’t flavored, and the pita was absolutely gross.I will NEVER eat there again. Even the baklava didn’t really have flavor.“
