It was seamless working with Ghassan from start to finish and I am so thankful for him! Communication was easy as he was always very responsive. He made providing a delicious, hot dinner to 150 guests a breeze. He had the food all prepared and with the help of his brother-in-law he served it up quickly on demand. We ordered the appetizers platter, which is good for two people. Everything tasted like it should be. The beef shawarma, the salmon salad, and the falafel platter all tasted good.As for the atmosphere, it's clean, chic and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable, not as crazy as Lebanese Taverna or other high-end Mediterranean spots. Got the medley of the ground beef , beef (steak), island chicken and pork with the pita bread and tzatziki (with diced olives on top). The food was very flavorful and clean. “We made a reservation for 5 PM but they did not hold/reserve a table for us. The place is small and they did the best they could, but there is really only one large table. It was a disappointing since we were in time and made the reservation far in advance online and even called the restaurant to make sure they had our reservation. The table service and food were good.“

“This restaurant has truly excellent food at very reasonable prices. The flavors of the chicken and beef are great and both are well prepared. I find the beef a little drier than the chicken, but not enough to downgrade the rating. Additionally, the ability to customize your shawarma with about 16 different toppings - the sumac onions and pickled turnips are my personal favorites - and about 6 different sauces, including an awesome tatziki make for a great meal. As the saying goes, last, but not least, the quantity/size of the shawarma bowl is enough for two meals which makes it an even better deal!Try out this restaurant, you won't be disappointed!!“

While the patty itself was flavorful, it was crying out for a sauce companion to counteract the dryness that the bread brought to the party. The side of yogurt was like bringing a kazoo to a guitar solo – nice, but not quite fitting. Adding the tomatoes and onion definitely helped. It’s probably how tradition goes, but my tastebuds were left dreaming of a little more moisture.On the flip side, the Doner Kebab platter I grabbed to-go was a hit back home. It was like the culinary version of a warm hug – beef kebab, rice, and a side salad that apparently was just waiting for a little home-cooked love.
