“Just a great restaurant! 100% recommend. Love their gyro meat, all their sandwiches are delicious, pastas are amazing. Pizza is probably my least favorite thing on the menu but for those who like thin crust pizza, highly recommend blanca pizza. My favorites: Greek salad, side spinach or a spinach appetizer (same thing), salmon kale salad, chicken limoni, Tuscan chicken, trio dip appetizer (omg - their feta spread is amazing), gyro platter, grape leaves appetizer. This place is worth trying. Finance and you will be back!“
“First time in this Greek restaurant in Alexandria. On recommendation, we went to this restaurant for the Easter meal.Well decorated restaurant, welcoming and helpful staff. For this special day, there was of course lamb (which was cooking on the barbecue on the terrace!!).The meal was very good. The wines too, with the advice of the waiter. There was also music, it was a very nice atmosphere.A very nice restaurant where we are comfortable and we eat well.To do without hesitation!(Lunch meal on March 31)“
“I had the gyro sandwich with the sweet potato fries and it was good. Nothing to write home about but I don't have any major complaints. Unfortunately I was not impressed with the service. Our server was not very attentive and barely stopped by our table to ask if we needed anything. The place was not that crowded so I don't think being busy was the reason. The bill was also very high for what we got.“
“A very nice eating experience. I love their pitas, and their selection of chips and drinks.Very fast and friendly service, with very reasonable prices for their pita sandwiches.I highly recommend them, for a meal at any time of the day or night.÷[ Rob Conway ]÷“
“The food was ok. Took a bit for the pasta to come out but it was good. The prices were just right.Parking: It is not in Old Town Alexandria, thank god. Plenty of parking. Traffic is average and you do not have to deal with low-IQ pedestrians.“
“Original location of Perfect Pita chain and has a local vibe that cannot be replicated with small, cozy vibe to store that offers no seating. Breakfast pitas are the sneaky underrated offering of the store along with excellent stuffed grape leaves, hummus, rice pudding, and always fresh pita bread for sandwiches/“
“I was hungry and looking for something healthy yet quick, so my buddy recommended this establishment. The food here at Souvlakibar was solid. Got the medley of the ground beef , beef (steak), island chicken and pork with the pita bread and tzatziki (with diced olives on top). The food was very flavorful and clean. Ample parking in the rear of the restaurant. Staff up front is helpful and respectful. See pics for reference.“
“We made a reservation for 5 PM but they did not hold/reserve a table for us. The place is small and they did the best they could, but there is really only one large table. It was a disappointing since we were in time and made the reservation far in advance online and even called the restaurant to make sure they had our reservation. The table service and food were good.“
“I was in the area looking to try something new. A new place. Then I looked up and there was Maggio's. I walked in and was immediately greeted by this friendly guy that told me I was there during Happy Hour and could go over to the bar! BEST. DECISION. EVER. I met the bartender SUNI who was the absolute sweetest and knowledgeable about the various drinks on their menu. I HIGHLY recommend the Green Tea Drop! It's absolutely amazing ?! The chicken tenders and fries were fresh, ? delicious and tasty. The ambience was really chill and vibey , which I needed after a long work day. I will DEFINITELY be returning here and tell my friends about this really cool local spot.“
“We were so pleased with our meal at Vasos. The food was extremely fresh and delicious. The menu was very interesting and creative. We couldn't leave the review without making special mention of how lovely the service was. Each and every person that served us that day was eager to help, kind and friendly. This was the first time we have visited Vasos, but it won't be the last.“
“Great service - we were seated almost immediately. Good food, clean and cozy atmosphere. We were visiting from out of town, but this seems like a nice local family restaurant.Parking: Large shopping center parking lot - Safeway grocery is the "anchor store."“
“This place is an unexpected gem hidden in a strip mall setting. The food is absolutely delicious. My family is very fond of the brussel sprouts. We've tried almost everything on the menu and we have never been disappointed. Eating in is great but seating is limited. Delivery is always packed well and still warm. Overall I recommend trying Smyrna.“
