I had an amazing experience at Red Chili Burger & Wings! The customer service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I had an issue with how my meal was prepared and they corrected the issue right away and don’t give me any problems very nice people great service and amazing FOOD 10/10

Red Chili Burger & Wings offers an amazing experience with exceptional customer service. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. The restaurant genuinely values its customers and corrects any issue right away without problems. The new College Park location, right next to Rita's, is tucked into a smaller space, but the food and customer service definitely make up for it. The 2-Piece Fried Whiting Meal for $13.99 comes with fries, a drink, and 2 Texas Toast Buttery Soft Garlic Toast. The whiting is huge, fresh, delicious, hot, and extra crispy, and the portions are very generous. The space is clean, organized, and the food is made fresh to order. The menu offers big, delicious, juicy, halal smash burgers, beef bacon, turkey and vegan options, amazing fries, and great prices. The burgers are exquisite and the wings as well. The fries are super crispy and the sauces are very unique. The chicken can be a bit overcooked, but overall the food is quite good. The food definitely looks like the pictures. This is a 10 out of 10 burger spot, and the manager always makes sure the orders are correct and the place keeps running smoothly.
