I honestly wanted to like Sneakers Cafe at UMD because the location is convenient and I’ve heard good things from other people, but my experience was completely ruined by the service—specifically one of the employees. Every time I’ve gone, there’s a woman working there who consistently has a terrible attitude, and it makes the whole environment uncomfortable.

Food: The food is just refrigerated meals. The shakes, however, are extremely sugary. Some shakes go as high as 70-80 grams of sugar in one drink, so be careful.
Service: There is one specific employee there who is the least desirable person to interact with. I was waiting in line while she was serving a drink to someone else. I expected her to at least make eye contact with me so I knew she was ready to take my order, but she stared off at the customer who she just served....read full review
