“Food is very good and our waitress was great. But, we waited an hour for a large pizza and a medium pizza. Figured they were just getting busy until three tables that came in after us got their seafood, pizzas and subs. Our food was put into boxes after I told the waitress that we will just take our food to go. I walked up to pay and they pulled it out of the oven. May have just been a fluke, and then we get in the truck and my wife says it’s not even bacon it’s ham.”

“Excellent food and cocktails. Caprese, eggplant parmesan, meatballs and spaghetti carbonara were all excellent and were made in the authentic way. Afterwards visit the Leonardtown waterfront just down the hill! All around fantastic experience - we'll be back.”

“We had dinner here last night for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. We were deciding between 3 local Italian places and chose Noli’s because of the classic dishes they offer that the others do not, like picatta or franchese. We were definitely not disappointed, either. The food was absolutely outstanding. The portions were huge so I took half of mine home and still couldn’t finish it all when I reheated it today. The service was good and everyone was friendly. We would love to come back for dinner soon :)”

“We tried Fisher’s last night (October 3, 25) for the first time & it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere and the kid zone was definitely a plus too. The food came with large portions and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Us adults and the kids can’t wait to visit again!”

“Ended up here after several other places had closed their outside seating due to heat and we had our dog. How lucky were we that we were forced to try Scuttlebutt. The food was excellent, the beer options adequate and the service was great. The outside seating area was well shaded and they had several very large fans that kept the air moving and despite the temperature we were comfortable outside. We’re glad we came and we’ll be back.”

“Olde Town Pub We have always loved The Pub, so since we were getting married down the street, we decided we wanted to have our rehearsal dinner here. The staff gave us the entire outside area on the left. We were catered to, taken care of, and fed with amazing food. The wings are always delicious, the drinks are consistently rotating to try new beers, and the staff is always kind and helpful. You can’t go wrong going here for any reason!”

“Right on the water. You can come by boat or car. Great views! Outdoor and indoor seating! Good seafood dishes! Rustic and historic, they've been in operation since the early 50's!”

“I got take out for the first time since I moved to Leonardtown. I have eaten in a few times prior and it was great. But when I ordered take out, I got home and the cup with the salsa for the chips lid had come off and it was all over everything. I can eat spicy salsas due to having throat cancer. So I stopped by the next day and the manager was very nice,and all I really wanted was to get a dish with the lettuce and tomatos and sour cream because after I wiped as much of the salsa off the seafood chimichangas the rice and other toppings were no good. I didn't even have the chance to ask if I could just get some lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream, they had put in a order for replacing the entire dinner. That's great customer service, which the last few years is almost extinct. I was very impressed.”

“If this building could talk, oh the stories it would tell you! Where the locals can hang out without breaking their pocket, and have a cold cocktail or ? My grandfather, father, and family friends all used to start, or end their evenings at Andersons.”

“The Ironwood is the restaurant/pub attached to the Breton Bay Country Club golf course. I'd call it a pub in the sense that it's more of the family and friend meeting place than a country club restaurant. We've been down there for years as they host the community Christmas tree lighting where Santa visits to throw the switch and visit with all of the neighborhood kids. Food is standard pub fare with some more deli style sandwiches and service is perfect. If the Ironwood comes back as an option when you search restaurants, don't ignore it. You'll love, especially in the warmer months, the chance to eat outside with a view of the golfers wasting all of their good swings on the driving range.”
