“Came in tonight and had a great meal that the crew made very quickly. They all seemed to have a sense of urgency which i think we can all agree is well appreciated nowadays in the food industry.
Arturo, one of the crew members that rang in my order, was extremely polite, quick to act, and genuinely appreciative when i left a tip.
He seems like a younger kid, which made it upsetting that the manager or shift lead, by how she acted, was super hard on him as if he ever took a lazy moment which he didnt. She must have thought that because i’m white that i dont speak Spanish, but i heard and understood what she was saying to him. I didnt really need to understand spanish, her attitude spoke universally. Besides her sideshow act, id say this is the best five guys ive been to. Good work guys!“
