todd is the best. give him a raise immediately!! he was very quick with every request and so incredibly sweet and joyful. we had an absolute blast being under todd’s care while we were dining at this factory. we drove 4 hours and were in desperate need of food, and todd surpassed our expectations. WE LOVE TODD!!
It's been a while since we last visited the Cheesecake Factory, and this visit was very sad because the server wasn't very attentive to what we needed and asked for and it took them for ever to bring our food out to us. I mean really long, it took so long that it was day light when we sat down at our table, we ordered our food and we were just sitting waiting and watching families and couples that were seated after us being served their dishes while we were just drinking...
Food was so so. Ate at the bar on Sunday 8/23/25,in evening and both bartenders (male and female) while friendly needed to focus on customers way too much talking between the two of them. Constantly had to flag them down to get their attention when I needed something as the were into their own conversation. It was a bit much.
