“Got 24 Colossal (Jumbo) crabs delivered on Sat. for a crab feast on Sun. Crabs were biggest and heaviest that I ever had. Only thing that was missing was recommended heat up instructions. I will definitely order from The Crab Place again. Very satisfied!”

The people working are courteous, kind courageous and clean, unlike the store.
It’s a time capsule for sure. And a local favorite. If you travel down enjoy yourself, and understand this is a staple in the community.”

“We would’ve probably driven right past this tiny restaurant if we hadn’t been looking for it! The first place we went was closed and this was nearby. The nice lady taking our order recommended any of the specials as they are homemade. That certainly got my attention. Crab soup and pea & dumplings soup had to be tasted. I’ve never even heard of pea&dumpling soup! My husband‘s crab soup was very good, but my pea and dumpling soup was outstanding. Sweet and creamy and just not what I expected at all. Now my husband‘s crabcake had good flavor. But, it was very small. The cocktail sauce on the side was bigger than the crabcake. My crab salad was delicious and fresh and a nice size serving. The homemade coleslaw was also good. I Had enough crab salad, and coleslaw to take with me for another meal. The prices were more than reasonable!! Stop and try the specials! Yummy!”

“The food was so fabulous and delicious the guests loved it and so did all our neighbors with the leftovers we had LOL. It was so yummy and we are still trying to savor our cake that Kathy made us for the night to cut. OMG SO GOOD! We saved the top tier to freeze so fingers crossed it works out! The wait staff for our reception were also so pleasant and kind, and we really appreciated how patient they were with taking food away and just how attentive! They were so helpful just the nicest people! We really appreciated everything Watermen’s did for us, and everything they did to make our day the most special and tasty! From cocktail hour, to the reception, and desserts! It all was so great!”
