Visited Chipotle in Damascus a few occasions and have always had a good experience. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, with friendly staff ready to assist. I ordered a burrito bowl, and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful, with generous portions. The efficient service ensured a quick and enjoyable meal. Definitely a satisfying place for a quick bite with authentic flavors. Highly recommend for burrito lovers!

The worst chipotle in Montgomery county

Been going to this chipotle Since they put it there in Damascus. It is way better then other chipotle locations which makes it hard to go anywhere but there to get my chipotle

Had a very bad experience. The cashier was very rude and disrespectful. I tried to use
my birthday reward and in a separate transaction and in the end she got mad at me, took back my food and told me :get out of my restaurant.

With so many people behind the counter, you’d think that service would be fast. You’d be wrong. Once our bowls were assembled, they sat next to the register for five minutes while the girl who was supposed to be running the register pretended to be busy. We ordered chips which we never received, and our food was cold. Portions were fine, and it tasted alright. We let them know that the diet coke syrup was out (twice) which no one seemed to care about. We had to resort to drinking coke zero which is not nearly as good.

Amazing service, Brett Engels was amazing I think he needs a raise! He made me feel at home with his jokes and kindness. I definitely will be retuning because of him! He gave me a perfect size bowl as well!

Expect the jalapeños to be non existent or chopped so big you can’t eat your food if you don’t tolerate spicy well. And don’t expect ANYTHING after 9:30pm

they were indeed NOT OPEN until 11, I got out of my comfy bed and house just to leave for here (long drive peeyew) and they were closed?

They didn’t have any food prepped and ready for incoming customers, there was hardly anyone in the front, employees were unprepared for shift and then had the nerves to almost charge me for someone else’s food on top on mine and was rushing my payment that I wasn’t able to use my rewards. My first worse experience ever at any chipotle.

Went out with my husband in our way home, food taste was good but food preparation and presentation isn’t the best at this location. Our guacamole in the bowls had the wholes avocados in it, mine even still had part of the seed. My husband for medical conditions can’t have any other meat than chicken, they said they were out of chicken after putting half of the portion on my husband’s bowl so I said to the lady it was okay if she could complete it with any other chicken flavor they had, she used the chicken pastor flavor ( less than half of the spoon because they didn’t even have this flavor). She lied on this because we could literally see the guy behind her cutting more chicken that he just took out of the grilled. Guy at the register wanted to charge us with the price as if we were having the whole amount of chicken pastor flavor in that bowl. Service needs to do better in this location for sure.
