Truly disappointed with the portion from this store. What is Chipotle without the big portion? The portion from this store seems to be getting smaller ansmd smaller, especially when you order the online pickup. Must everyone order in the store, watching to ensure the portion is at least adequate? Three of us opened the lid and found the food barely above the bowl. At least they gave all of us small but equal treatment. What a joke this store is becoming with this portion control.

Been going to this chipotle Since they put it there in Damascus. It is way better then other chipotle locations which makes it hard to go anywhere but there to get my chipotle

Had a very bad experience. The cashier was very rude and disrespectful. I tried to use
my birthday reward and in a separate transaction and in the end she got mad at me, took back my food and told me :get out of my restaurant.

With so many people behind the counter, you’d think that service would be fast. You’d be wrong. Once our bowls were assembled, they sat next to the register for five minutes while the girl who was supposed to be running the register pretended to be busy. We ordered chips which we never received, and our food was cold. Portions were fine, and it tasted alright. We let them know that the diet coke syrup was out (twice) which no one seemed to care about. We had to resort to drinking coke zero which is not nearly as good.

Amazing service, Brett Engels was amazing I think he needs a raise! He made me feel at home with his jokes and kindness. I definitely will be retuning because of him! He gave me a perfect size bowl as well!
