I came in for brunch and had this rude white lady with tattoos , I had an order of a large iced coffee and a iced macchiato. She refused to remake the large iced coffee and was just being rude with me the whole time . On my end i did complain about the sizes she gave , which i thought the medium drink was like a water cup , but i could understand that for every drink station cup sizes are different. But i didn’t appreciate her attitude and service. Meanwhile i had a younger hispanic employee who witnessed what was going on between us and she offered to re make my order which i was thankful for , may god bless her soul . But this lady needs to fix her attitude towards customers.

Avoid at all cost. Fries always soggy and under cool., drinks watered down and flavorless and burgers undercooked. Never have I had a complete order from this location. Always missing something. If you want value drive away from here. Hope your business fails like the rest of the fast food businesses in Damascus. Just worthless……..

Arrived @ 10:30 am,it's lunchtime paid for my order. There was a line in the drive thru, we were all waiting for our food. Instead of giving the 1st person their food they gave everyone behind them their food. No one could drive out because we were stuck behind the first car. Plus, the food was cold...lunch just started how is it cold.
