Poor experience started from the beginning when trying to place the order on the website. It states that you can create an account with your email, but it doesn't allow you to. Also there are several misspellings on the website which shows the unprofessionalism and lack of caring on the owners behalf. But the worst comes just before you submit your order when, if you're not paying attention, they try to sneak in not only a convenience fee (which you can't avoid), but they also TIP THEMSELVES AUTOMATICALLY for which you have to go back and change unless you want to provide them a Tip (even for carry-out) on top of the Convenience Fee.Now getting to the food. The soups are VERY watered down. Worst Egg Drop Soup ever had. Egg Rolls and Spring Rolls are no better than what you could get walking next door to Safeway and throwing them in the deep fryer. Lo Mein was dry. Sweet and Sour Chicken was very basic - chicken pieces were VERY bready.Despite what their website states, I do not find their prices reasonable, especially for the quality of food you receive. My meal was Sesame Beef and an order of Eggs Rolls which came to almost $23 with no tip (I picked-up my order.).I would NOT recommend this restaurant. This was a One-And-Done for me. I will not be going back.

Chicken & broccoli & pepper steak & onion both came with white rice. Too much oil on it, very simple taste.

We've been going there for years. Good at first but has been going downhill. As of today we will never go back. We ordered chicken fried rice and spring rolls. Both we're inedible. The fried rice was oily and contained very little chicken. The spring rolls had no filling...so only fried wrapper. needless to say we are are looking for a new Chinese restaurant in Damascus.

There's not a lot of great options for delivery in Damascus. But my wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we discovered Sky Kitchen. Everything we've ordered so far has been really good. (Our favorite is the crispy beef). Compared to a lot of other cheap Chinese restaurants, it seems like they use better quality proteins, and the rice is always cooked right. One thing we really like about this place, is it delivery is quick, and our food always arrives hot. Keep up the good work Sky Kitchen!

Service was awesome. The chicken and pork were impressive.

We ordered from sky kitchen for the first time this evening. The website was very user friendly and easy to order from (yay!). We had our order delivered, which was quite a treat as we are usually too far for most restaurants to want to deliver to us. The delivery driver was very friendly and the food came much more quickly than I had expected (yay again!). The food was quite good, though a little on the sweet side. Overall, a great experience. We will likely order from Sky kitchen again.

First time trying Sky Kitchen will almost certainly be the last. This was going to be weekend take-out for the family. The Hot and Sour Soup was OK, a little on the hot side; but the "crunchy" crackers were stale. I ordered Phoenix and Dragon, expecting the traditional dish, but received something with a bunch of breaded, deep fried chicken nuggets in a sweet, dark brown sauce with a few shrimp and some broccoli. It was nothing like any Phoenix and Dragon I have ever gotten before. Ironically, I ordered it because I wanted something at least sort of healthy. The problem is, there is no description of any of the dishes on the website or on the paper menu--my mistake was in assuming I would get a dish that was similar to what is served in other Chinese restaurants. The General Tso's chicken that I ordered was very bland. I also ordered a side of chicken fried rice, which did have some chicken in it, but tasted like it had not been seasoned at all. When trying a place for the first time, I always hope for the best; but I must say Sky Kitchen disappointed in some way in all of the dishes.

Interesting... there is a delivery fee, automatic tip, and a "convenience fee". What is that? Does it seem that the delivery fee and the tip that is prorated should include the convenience fee?

Sky kitchen is our go to Chinese restaurant. All there food is good, and the style of cooking is similar to NYC which is hard to find.

Usually a great restaurant, however I have to comment on my experience tonight. The chef was yelling loudly at the girl answering the phone, and giving out orders, and my food came out nearly a half hour late. Hope this is temporary, as the place was packed with everyone having a similar experience.

The menu and service were ahead of my expectations. We really liked the vibes of this spot. Awesome place to take the family out for dinner.

Well, when they first opened I tried them and liked the menu. However, in the short time I've been using them they have gone downhill. When you order ONLINE you MUST include a TIP, WHY? I put in $0.01 and when I went to checkout it was changed to $4.98. I changed it back and it stuck. This is in addition to the $1.00 SERVICE FEE. Getting sort of greedy here folks this is what drives customers away. Also, they felt to change to website menu from good to horrible Did they get they kid to do it for free? Finally, and just so you not surprised , they can not spell correctly both on the old and the new. It's not that the food tastes bad but I'm getting concerned that if they are that money hungry, is the food still fresh or worse out of date.
