The food is great although I haven't seen any live music there in a long time.
loved the music cafe. food was delicious and the back patio area was awesome. highly recommend!!
Good friendly service with a fun menu and tasty interesting dishes. I would definitely recommend this place.
The blueberry balsamic vinaigrette dressing was so good I could have eaten it on everything. I choose to enjoy it on a salad with nuts and the tuna salad. Delicious food. They seemed a little slow yet the server took a long time to bring our drinks out, get our order out, and finally bring us the check. Guessing maybe she was newer-? The back patio area was lovely and the weather was fair though so it certainly was not so bad. No major complaints.Looking forward to coming here again soon.
We first came here as guests and our party included small children. It was a great choice because the menu had offerings for young and old, and those with special diet considerations. We have since returned on our own and enjoy every visit. The menu is fun to read with music-themed names for their soup, sandwiches, pizza and entrees. Everything we've eaten here was fresh, well prepared and very tasty. We opted to dine inside and under the present circumstances, the table distancing was comfortable and customers were considerate of each other. A patio is out back, and online and take-out service is available. Service is always friendly and prompt. Service with a smile. It's obviously a favorite place for many because some of the guests were greeted by name. We hope to come often enough to be included in this select group. Live music events are cancelled at this time.
I love this place! Food is great! Staff is friendly, and the owners Randy and Robin are awesome. Definitely check them out if you are in the area. My favorite place to visit in Damascus, MD
Great vibes all around. The food is great and the staff are very friendly.
One of our favorite places. Not a huge menu but absolutely everything they make is fabulous.
Lovely spot with a nice variety of sandwiches and some great juices and drinks. Haven't been there for live music yet, but looking forward to checking it out.
Great atmosphere and good food. The chips for chips and salsa were from a bag, so that was a disappointment. It was about pricey but the spinach salad was fantastic.

The Music Cafe is a neighborhood cafe that was established in 2006 and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as chilled and hot beverages. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. It is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 7pm.Between the Vanilla Chai and Spiced Chai, Stephanie recommended the Vanilla Chai. In addition to a hot Vanilla Chai, I tried a slice of Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake, which consisted of coffee cake with chocolate chips topped with cinnamon sugar and chopped nuts. It was alright but I felt that it could have been more moist.I'll have to return to try their Belgian Waffles, Egg and Cheese Croissant, Forever Young (Acai Bowl), "Johnny Be Good" Cream of Crab Soup, Fleetwood Mac's n' Cheese, Sandwiches (including "Ku Ku Kachu", "You Really Got Me!", "Rockin' Reuben", "Rollin' Rachel", "Tennessee Waltz"), Frozen Drinks (including Frappes/Freezes, Shakes, Floats), and more.
This is the gem of Damascus. Small family business worth supporting for years to come. Owners are wonderful people and have created a great hangout for all ages.
What a gem of a place! It has cool artwork of famous musicians, vegan options, and live music (which I didn't get a chance to see when I visited.) They also have nice outdoor seating in the back. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
Great atmosphere and vegan options. ??
Great time. Service was great. Setting was beach like on the patio. So much fun catching up with friends. I loved the atmosphere. you can park in the animal hospital spot when they are closed. Ask about vegan options ?
