“The manager John at this location is a 10/10. We can’t thank him enough for his kindness and for making us feel how we did. His entire team was warm, polite and made us feel welcome- especially Michael who first took our order. He even made me a special coffee for my long trip post meal. The whole team Pitched in to help us find our son’s missing stuffed animal and while we didn’t find it, the effort put in was tremendous. We are unsure if someone in the community picked up a small stuffed black cat at this location but we are offering a reward if anyone did and can mail it to us. My 2.5 year old son adores this stuffed animal and is so sad it’s missing. The store has our information/you can message me here if you have any information. “This was my first time at this location. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the dining although the floor was kind of slippery. At the counter, no one was there to greet me and it took them about 3 mins. to come. My order process was smooth and I received my food quickly. Everything was delicious no complaints about my order. Overall this was a good visit.“

“So so good! Recently a friend and I took a trip to DC and wanted to look for a place to get good food with a sweet treat and this place is stellar! The donuts although I wasn’t able to try the crème brûlée or the vanilla glazes I had the maple bacon donut and it was so so so so good! The dough was so soft and sweet and the flavors really paired well together. The spicy friend chicken sandwich I had also was absolutely amazing I’m not even a fan of jalapeños but the meal was so good! Will totally be back at an earlier time to get some donuts.“

“The sides were delicious, surprised that the cabbage is considered stir-fry vegetables. I was seeking vegetables but the cabbage, beans and rice, and mac & cheese was good.
Unfortunately the jerk meatloaf was not a hit, it was tough and bland (maybe a off day but I won't try it again to determine). The Salmon and jerk white meat was delicious.“

“We were a family of five at the Cleveland Zoo. The cashier we had was a young snippy girl that had I not had grandkids with me would of told her to get her attitude in check and now. If you can't handle that workload, get a different job. I went over to another stand to get a straw because her job was causing her to blow a gasket. Food was good, 4 chicken tenders and fries but why the separate charge for a drink?“

“Spicebird is a take-out place inside Makan. Ordered the half chicken with two sides - chicken n wood ear mushroom and the cold noodles. Additional two sides of the crispy potato and fried rice. Although all 4 were great, I loved the chicken n friend rice most. $18 for the half chicken and two sides is a great value meal and the ingredients were fresh! Loved it
