I arrived on Easter morning. The staff did not greet me. The hashbrown I ordered came with only 4 pieces instead of 6. Very disappointed in the service.
I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ since March, and I absolutely love the customer service. I always enjoy my coffee, and I really appreciate the consistency in the way they make it every time.
I’ve tried many different Dunkin’ locations, but this team truly deserves to be recognized. They are always friendly, patient, and professional. It’s clear that they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
