I haven't eaten from here in a long time but I decided to make an order threw Doordash and I'm so glad I did. My food was delicious. I ordered the Honey sesame chicken and Grilled teriyaki chicken with white rice Everything was hot and fresh. I even got a fortune cookie. On top of that the price was very affordable.
Their online/mobile app ordering process sucks. It takes at least 15 minutes for your order to be made but walk-ins are getting served in less than 5 minutes. What's the point of mobile app if it's going to take longer than walk in??? W A C K
I recently left my wallet at Panda Express and was so stressed, but the staff kept it safe for me. A girl named Sia went above and beyond to help by taking a picture of my ID and sending it to me so I could confirm everything. She was very kind, helpful, and professional throughout the whole situation. Amazing customer service and I’m really grateful for her help!
