“Today, I decided to try Popeye's, even though I don't usually eat there. Despite the long line, I had a good experience and the customer service was excellent. I ordered a 5-piece meal but only received four pieces. When I went back, the young lady asked what I was missing, and when I told her, she promptly gave it to me without question. That's what I call good customer service. I want to express my gratitude to her once again in this comment; she is the main reason I'm writing this. I may consider going back in the future.“
