“Hello, my name is Tim. I drove up to the Burger King drive-thru. In Baltimore, MD., on Merritt BLVD. I called in my order: large chicken fries with a w/medium drink. Then a double whopper meal without pickles, without ketchup. What I got was a small drink with chicken fries and a Whopper meal. My wife was okay with her drink, but I went back in dispute about my sandwich. The person I assumed to be the manager (Dequan) handed me a new double Whopper sandwich and told me to keep the misordered sandwich. Thank you so much.“
