“We visited Dunkin’ this morning and were greeted with the most wonderful customer service! The lady who helped us - her name is Emma, truly made our day—she was kind, cheerful, and treated us with such warmth that it felt like sunshine in a cup of coffee ☺️
It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely brightens your day like that. We truly hope management recognizes her for the amazing job she’s doing. She absolutely deserves to be acknowledged!
