Why don’t the employees change their gloves in between tasks? Just watched a gal make a sandwich, go on her phone, ring up a customer, then place donuts in a bag all with the same gloves..
This place is chaos. Tickets piled up and not even looked at. Employees asking what you ordered rather than attending to multiple monitors and receipt printouts to get it right. Asked several times to get a bagel toasted and no acknowledgement. They handed it to me said it was toasted and it wasn’t. Ten minutes to get a coffee and a bagel. Because they can’t synch customer orders they took a guy with a party order behind me and he still got out of there with a jug of coffee...read full review

honestly idk why this dunkin is rated so bad, every time i come here the employees are so nice & everything comes out usually pretty fast. i feel like everyone giving this place a bad review shows up during rush hour when it’s obviously going to be super busy. but i love this location and the workers are great!
