“This Dunkin' is definitely one of the best managed stores I have run across. We have a standing order each week for 5 dozen donuts on a Friday. Chrissy the store manager is amazing and always has them ready for me when I arrive. The only time they weren't ready was when Chrissy was not there and I was told I'd have to order a day in advance. Totally not true!! I can't speak highly enough about her and the staff. Always gracious and quick to help. This is a very high volume store as well and they do a wonderful job of being helpful to the customers. I will continue to patronize this location as long as Chrissy Thomas is the manager, she deserves a bonus or a raise!!“
“This is my neighborhood Dunkin's. I grew up in Boston where Dunkin's was founded, I'm 65 years old, and I've been a customer all my life. This Upper Marlboro branch is great. They are efficient, the lattes are great, and the donuts fresh. Great manage and great employees.“
“Was in need of a quick pick me up!! & opted to try this yummy Butter Toffee flavored latte. So cozy and delicious! I prefer to be in my Pj's, on my couch cuddled up under a comfy throw blanket on this cold day...however I'm sitting at my desk with my space heater pumping to keep me warm! LOL!!! Anyhoo- this drink is LOVE...it's kind of on the sweeter side...I typically prefer my coffee BLACK...no sugar...no cream...maybe a shot of the unsweetened Toasted Almond or Blueberry flavor shots...but today I just wanted to give this drink a try. & I'm glad I did. “honestly idk why this dunkin is rated so bad, every time i come here the employees are so nice & everything comes out usually pretty fast. i feel like everyone giving this place a bad review shows up during rush hour when it’s obviously going to be super busy. but i love this location and the workers are great!“
