Staff is extremely kind and hard working. Had an issue with my order, received someone else's order at the drive through window, and didn't realize until I'd already driven off and gotten to my day job. I called them to explain, and they promptly invited me back to the store at my convenience to replace the order. They went above and beyond. Food is always good. Never any surprises.
It's an Arby's so let's temper your expectations. Food, again it's Arby's you know what you're getting. Not healthy, not refined cuisine, but that's not why you're here. The service is always fast, courteous, no issues. The inside looks throwback with an old school diner feel. Lots of truckers and everyone is friendly.
