Always a pleasure to return!
Food overall is very good! Chick katsu is delicious, their fried rice is out of this world. Their yum yum sauce is the best I ever had though!! The hibachi chefs are soo entertaining, they’re great! They have onion soup which I can’t get anywhere else, it’s a favorite for me. Their sushi is just okay. Sometimes their waiters are kind of meh. Their food is good, it it’s noticeably doused in salt or msg. It’s a lot.
Fun vibes with great chefs.

InJapan Japanese Steak Seafood & Sushi in Easton, MD offers a mix of dining experiences. While some customers appreciate the excellent food and attentive service, others note a decline in portion sizes and taste after a change in ownership. The sushi is highlighted as a standout, with fresh ingredients and a friendly sushi chef. The restaurant itself is described as not the fanciest but spotless. Despite positive experiences with food and service, there was a concerning incident involving a waitress becoming confrontational over a tip misunderstanding.
The menu features a variety of options, including hibachi choices like chicken and steak, which are praised for their generous portions. Vegetarian customers can also find gluten-free dishes prepared in a separate kitchen. Kids enjoy the special flavored drinks with marbles in the bottles. While dinner prices are on the higher end, the lunch specials are considered reasonable. The service is attentive, with drinks refilled frequently, and the parking and indoor cleanliness are not an issue.
However, some customers have had mixed experiences. One reviewer found the Yakisoba with mushroom soup and sushi rolls to be overpriced for the lack of quality, with a strong rice-to-fish ratio in the rolls and the soup being almost flavorless. The noodles were described as decent but nothing exceptional. Overall, the dining experience at InJapan seems to vary, with both positive and negative reviews.
