I went last night to the bar. The customer service & food was great! What was not great was the cleanliness aspect. There was food and spilled drinks on the bar with menus the whole time I was there. No one ever came to clean anything up. The windows & mirrors had greasy hand prints all over them. That alone will be the end of a business! Do better with cleanliness & you will do fine. Otherwise everything else was great.
We recently started coming back to Ruby Tuesday after a couple of years of it being less than stellar. We’ve been very pleased with our recent visits. Both Service and food have been excellent.
Good food, good price. Well trained staff.
