“The 5 Stars is for the gal who worked the 10am-ish shift, Tuesday June 24, 2025 and zeros “0” for the dudes who left me standing at the counter without saying a word for almost FIVE minutes. She saw them just look at me & not say anything and rolled her eyes then came to the counter to greet & take my order. Mind you I watched her make 3 drinks, take the drive thru orders & still manage to provide customer service at the counter. Those other 3 dudes could afford to take a lesson in customer service. I’ll be back to take their names because why not.
And don’t give me a lame excuse “oh they didn’t see you” or “they were busy”. No they saw me we made eye contact I actually smiled at them. And no they were NOT too busy to day “hello someone will be with you soon!”
Anyways, thank you to the girl and sorry you have to work with inconsiderate pricks.“
“Exploring eastern Maryland on my birthday, and still being very cautious with COVID-19, my husband and I decided to have a light lunch via the drive-through. We chose Starbucks for my "birthday drink" and then forgot to mention it. The food and drinks were as expected. Starbucks is fairly dependable, despite their decision to arbitrarily stop stocking and serving Sweet-n-low. Clean bathrooms.“
“This Starbucks is a decent sized kiosk, located just inside the Giant entrance closest to the corner of the building. The staff is pleasant, accommodating, and makes a decent cup of coffee. They're fine if you've purchased some pastries or whatever else from Giant, grab a coffee, and park yourself at one of the tables at Starbucks. If you can't find seating there, Giant has a cafe seating area with tables and chairs just down from the Starbucks. Ask the staff, and they'll point you in the right direction.
Parking: It's a big L shaped strip mall with a Giant at the far end where Starbucks is located. One could describe it as a sea of parking and not be inaccurate. Plenty of spaces, and all of them free.
Kid-friendliness: It's a Giant. Plenty of room for a child to move around with little danger outside of the cleaning and pharmacy areas (assuming your rug rats like to eat soap bars or consume other household goods). Be a responsible parent and you'll be fine.
Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is ground level, with automatic doors and hard floors. Walkers, wheelchairs, and visually impaired consumers will have no problems consuming. There's curbside pick up from Giant too (located at the second entrance). Presumably you could order a coffee from there and be golden.“
